Ékolo Productos Ecológicos, S.A., is a business initiative born in Arróniz (Navarra), based on the international Slow Food movement and the know-how of a group of people with extensive experience in making natural preserves.

To preserve the essences of the fruits of the soil, we make use of traditional and sustainable preparation processes, and raw materials sourced from organic farms; in order to obtain juices, as well as olive oil (extra virgin) and vegetable conserves that are 100% natural.

Because at Ékolo, we want to help promote healthy eating habits, and at the same time contribute to protecting the environment; but above all, we want to stress the exceptional flavour of natural things as the unique feature distinguishing us from other juices and conserves.

The sensory characteristics of Ékolo products, especially their intense flavour and scent, are what set us apart. These are achieved through a wise blend of highly selective sourcing of organic products (primarily Navarran vegetable gardens), masterful preparation to preserve flavour and, finally, an exhaustive quality control system throughout the entire production process.
